The Palkhi Mahamarg project holds great significance for Maharashtra, as it aims to enhance the convenience and accessibility of the Palkhi and Wari traditions that have been cherished in the region for years. The term “Vari” represents a cultural characteristic deeply rooted in Maharashtra’s heritage. Both of the palanquin routes have been designated as highways, ensuring a pleasant journey for all pilgrims who pay their respects to Shri Vithoba, the beloved deity of Maharashtra.
Design Assured
To ensure consistency, manage expectations, and maintain quality standards throughout the project, we have assembled a core team of “design guardians.” These experts provide guidance to consultants, oversee the design process, offer advice, and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
A Success Story In Motion
Community engagement is a key aspect of our project, and RKC actively participates in it. We are committed to moving in a direction that not only satisfies our client but also benefits the local society.
Visual Method Statements
One of our innovative approaches involves the creation of “visual method statements” derived from the digital engineering model. These animated sequences extract specific information, allowing us to preempt potential issues and adjust processes accordingly. This methodology provides certainty for the client and serves as an effective communication tool for the workforce. By breaking down complex activities into simple steps, it maximizes coordination across all levels.
Through our meticulous planning, community involvement, and innovative practices, we strive to deliver a successful project that meets the needs of our client and brings satisfaction to the local society.
